The Manpower Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure the organization attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent within the required timelines. The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels, managing recruitment partners, coordinating campus hiring, and supporting manpower planning across all business functions.
