Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Institutional Partnerships Manager to build and manage
relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with educational institutions, meet key
decision-makers, and develop partnerships for student engagement, international education
awareness, global career programmes, seminars, workshops, and counselling activities.
This is a field-based, networking, and partnership development role. The candidate will be
required to travel regularly and actively meet institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, colleges, and universities for institutional
partnerships.
- Build relationships with Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Heads, International
Offices, Career Counsellors, and senior management.
- Schedule and attend physical meetings with educational institutions.
- Present Our client' Global Campus Program and student engagement initiatives.
- Develop opportunities for seminars, workshops, career profiling sessions,
- international education events, and counselling activities.
- Coordinate student engagement programmes within partner institutions.
- Generate qualified student opportunities through institutional activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with institutional decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential institutional partners.
- Maintain accurate meeting, follow-up, and partnership records in the CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams for successful execution of campus activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for meetings, partnerships, and institutional
activities.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports to management.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in institutional sales, education partnerships, school/college
- outreach, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
- Candidates with an existing network of schools, colleges, or universities will be given
- preference.
Important Role Clarification
- This is not a desk-based marketing role.
- The position requires regular field visits, cold outreach, institutional meetings, presentations,
- networking, and continuous follow-ups.
- The candidate should be comfortable working with clearly defined partnership, meeting, and
- student engagement targets.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
