Key Job Responsibilities
- Technical Sales & Presentations: Delivering in-depth presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase product functionality and benefits.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Meeting with clients to understand technical requirements and recommending appropriate products, services, or equipment.
- Solution Customization: Modifying products or designing custom technical solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Sales Support & Strategy: Assisting sales staff by providing technical information, preparing cost estimates, and creating proposals.
- Market Feedback: Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams (R&D, product development) to inform future product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Sales Acumen: Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues during the sales process
