Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of our electronics and furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain smooth branch operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales of electronics and furniture products.
- Monitor daily sales performance and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure proper product demonstrations and customer engagement.
- Promote ongoing offers, EMI schemes, and finance options.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Team Management
- Supervise sales executives and support staff.
- Allocate daily sales targets to team members.
- Train new employees on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive a professional and pleasant shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Experience in retail, preferably in electronics, furniture, or consumer durables.
- Experience leading or supervising a retail team is preferred.
