Hey Concrete crafts luxury concrete surfaces and interiors for discerning clients who value raw material honesty and design precision. We're a growing team of 60+ builders, designers, and storytellers based between our Udaipur studio and factory.
The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn the texture, process, and philosophy of concrete design into content people stop scrolling for. You'll own our brand's voice across platforms — building an audience that understands why raw material, honest craft, and considered design matter.
What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and manage a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Shoot and edit reels, behind-the-scenes factory content, project reveals, and founder-led storytelling
- Write captions and copy that reflect our brand tone — direct, confident, no fluff
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what's actually working
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to identify content-worthy projects and moments
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and audience building
- Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh formats to the table
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in design, architecture, real estate, or a related creative industry
- Strong eye for visual storytelling — you know what makes a still or a reel worth watching
- Confident with a camera and basic editing tools (Reels, CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Someone who can work independently, take initiative, and pitch ideas — not just execute a calendar
- Based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur
