Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for managing student and customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting business growth through effective customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads, enrolled students, and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, training, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Generate CRM reports and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Success, Student Relations, or Customer Support, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in student counseling or educational services.
- Knowledge of lead management and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong reporting and data management skills.
