Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and research potential corporate partners
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Connect with HR, CSR, ESG, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement teams
- Schedule introductory meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
- Maintain and update lead pipelines and CRM records
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert them into active partners
CSR Program Development & Onboarding
- Understand corporate CSR goals and employee engagement objectives
- Conduct onboarding meetings with new corporate partners
- Present CSR initiatives, volunteering opportunities, and engagement plans
- Coordinate documentation, approvals, and partnership formalities
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and program setupRelationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders
- Conduct periodic review meetings and engagement discussions
- Gather client feedback and recommend suitable CSR and volunteering initiatives
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of partner concerns
- Drive partner retention, satisfaction, and repeat collaborations
Program Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of CSR and volunteering programs
- Support planning and implementation of corporate engagement activities
- Track project progress, deliverables, and partner commitments
- Prepare reports, presentations, impact summaries, and engagement updates
- Ensure smooth coordination between corporate partners and program teams
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience (mandatory)
- Experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, business development, client servicing, or related roles preferred
- Exposure to NGO and corporate sectors will be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in corporate relationship management
- Cold calling, lead generation, and business development experience
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Event coordination and project management knowledge
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting
- Strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
