We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium bed linens, hospital linens, hotel linens, towels, and guest amenities, serving hotels, hospitals, resorts, serviced apartments, healthcare institutions, and other hospitality establishments across South India.
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Puducherry
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience, industry exposure, and professional network)
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Institutional Sales.
- Hospitality industry experience is compulsory.
- Must have established contacts and networks within hotels, hospitals, resorts, healthcare institutions, or hospitality-related businesses.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities for hotel linens, hospital linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Hotel Owners, General Managers, Purchase Managers, Hospital Administrators, and Procurement Teams.
- Conduct product presentations, client visits, and follow-up meetings.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and close orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen the company's presence in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in hotel linen, hospital linen, housekeeping products, guest amenities, uniforms, institutional supplies, or hospitality-related products.
- Existing network of decision-makers in hotels and hospitals is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Puducherry and Tamil Nadu hospitality market.
