Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Business Development Executive / Student Counselor candidates preferred to join our team in Kota. In this role, you will be the face of MAAC Kota—guiding prospective students and parents through creative career options, managing leads, conducting local school/college outreach, and driving admissions.
Business Development Executive (Admissions Counsellor)We are looking for a confident, well-presented professional with excellent communication skills to counsel students and parents, handle admissions, follow up on leads, and build relationships with schools and colleges.
Key Responsibilities
- Career Counseling & Admissions: Conduct face-to-face counseling for walk-in candidates, showcasing student portfolios and showreels to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Lead Generation & Management: Follow up promptly with digital leads, phone inquiries, and database contacts via calls and WhatsApp.
- Institutional Outreach: Organize and execute career guidance seminars, creative workshops, and stalls at local schools, coaching institutes, and colleges in and around Kota.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain daily walk-in records, follow-up logs, and conversion pipelines using Google Sheets / CRM.
- Community & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local school counselors, coaching centers, and educational influencers for student referrals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in education sales, course counseling, or business development (prior institute or coaching sales experience in Kota is a big plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, and empathetic presentation style—comfortable presenting to both parents and young students.
- Industry Passion: Basic familiarity with or strong interest in creative fields (Animation, VFX, Design, Gaming, UI/UX).
- Tech Skills: Proficient with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM software.
