About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Retail Store Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will begin by working remotely, focusing on product training, compliance learning, and basic sales responsibilities before transitioning to manage retail operations in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on products, industry regulations, and company procedures.
- Learn and stay updated on relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Manage daily retail store operations after relocation.
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a professional brand image.
