Job Description:
- Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into active prospects.
- Conduct meetings and property presentations to potential clients.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients and provide detailed project information.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial projects.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve individual and team monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with current real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
