Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at the site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
- Track material requirements, usage, and inventory at the site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify project delays and report issues to management promptly.
- Verify completed work and assist in contractor billing measurements.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper documentation at the site.
- Attend project review meetings and provide status updates.
Pay: ₹10,090.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
