We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a shopping mall. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless facility operations, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, manage vendors, supervise security and housekeeping teams, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily mall operations and facility management.
- Oversee security, housekeeping, maintenance, and parking operations.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational standards.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and service quality.
- Handle emergency response and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in mall, retail, commercial property, or facility operations.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
