Job Title: Research Intern (Full-Time)
Location: Coimbatore
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Eligibility: 2025 and 2026 passed out students only
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and innovative Research Intern to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced developers and researchers to co-develop products, explore new ideas, and contribute to real-world implementations.
Key Responsibilities
· Work on research, prototyping, and experimentation and Document development processes and research findings
· Incorporate research-driven ideas into product development
· Optimize modules for performance, scalability, and efficiency
· Implement new features and improvements based on project needs
· Contribute innovative ideas and proposals for new products and services
· Collaborate with the existing team to co-develop and enhance products
Required SkillsGen-AI & LLM Knowledge
· Understanding of Generative AI concepts
· Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts
· Knowledge of vector databases
· Fundamental understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) operate
· Awareness of limitations and challenges of LLMs
Machine Learning Fundamentals
· Strong understanding of:
o Regression and classification techniques
o Clustering concepts and dimensionality reduction techniques
· Knowledge of association rule mining is a plus
Deep Learning Knowledge
· Familiarity with:
o Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs)
o Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs)
· Knowledge of Boltzmann Machines (BM), Restricted Boltzmann Machines (RBM), and Deep Belief Networks (DBN) is appreciated
Algorithms
- Must be familiar with hashing
- Must be familiar with array and heap-based algorithms
- Must be familiar with graph-based algorithms
- Must be familiar with backtracking algorithms
Data Structures
- Must be familiar with hash and hash-based data structures
- Must be familiar with fundamental data structures
Technical Knowledge
· Knowledge of full-stack development
· Knowledge in either .NET or Java
· Backend development using:
o .NET Core (for .NET)
o Spring Boot (for Java)
· Proficiency in at least one of the following:
o Python (Flask or FastAPI)
o Golang (Gin or Gorilla Mux)
· Familiarity with front-end frameworks:
o Angular or React
· Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
