We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, material movement, and store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, documentation, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock movements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain inventory reports and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials with challans and invoices.
- Coordinate material dispatches to project sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain store-related documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare inventory reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for inventory management.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the Construction or Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A reliable professional with strong inventory management skills.
- Someone who can efficiently manage store operations and documentation.

Must Have: Minimum 4 years of Store Keeping experience, inventory management, stock reconciliation, MS Excel proficiency, documentation, and material handling experience.
Nice to Have: Experience in ERP systems, Construction or Real Estate industry, procurement coordination, inventory audits, and warehouse management.
