We’re Hiring Customer Support Intern
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to assist our support team in delivering excellent service to customers. The intern will gain hands-on experience in customer communication, issue resolution, and support operations while learning about customer relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social media.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support representatives when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Help create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends.
- Support the team in day-to-day customer service operations.
What we are looking for :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and office tools.
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and empathetic when handling customer concerns.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Sector 62 , Gurgaon.
