Job Summary
OZ Solution is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with online research, and the ability to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate high-quality B2B/B2C leads based on company requirements.
- Contact prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and business needs.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM software or Excel.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data mining abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
