We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Factory Manager to lead our operations and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations and team management
- Handle profit center responsibility and performance
- Ensure smooth production, quality, and compliance
- Coordinate across departments including sales, accounts and administration
- Drive business growth and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Graduation (Management qualification is desirable)
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in Pharma / FMCG industry
- Strong exposure to Business Development, Sales, Administration & Operations
- Leadership and decision-making skills
