Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with recruitment processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
Payroll and Benefits: Supporting payroll administration, including collecting necessary data and assisting with benefits enrolment.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed. Managing office supplies and facilities including Housekeeping and other Administrative work.
Reporting: Generating reports on various HR metrics, such as employee turnover and performance.
Data Management: Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in using HR software and systems.
