Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 year of experience in Organizational Development, People Development, Human Capital, or Performance Management.
Strong understanding of Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management System, Talent Management, KPI Management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Career Path & Succession Planning
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Lookup, Dashboard Reporting) will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
