SEO Expert – Off-Page SEO, Backlinks & Content Outreach

Kwintit Services is looking for an experienced SEO Expert who can improve organic rankings, build genuine high-quality backlinks, and increase website authority through ethical and sustainable SEO strategies.
We are not looking for someone who simply creates hundreds of low-quality backlinks on forums, profile sites, article directories, or spam websites.
We want someone who understands modern SEO and can secure relevant, genuine editorial backlinks through quality content, outreach, digital PR, guest contributions, partnerships, and linkable resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Identify high-quality backlink opportunities
- Conduct outreach to relevant websites, journalists, bloggers, universities, industry publications, and businesses
- Secure genuine guest-post and editorial backlinks
- Create content ideas that naturally attract backlinks
- Identify broken-link and resource-page opportunities
- Find unlinked brand mentions and convert them into backlinks
- Support digital PR and journalist outreach
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis using tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
- Perform keyword research and content-gap analysis
- Improve existing pages for search rankings
- Monitor rankings, traffic, backlinks, referring domains, and lost links
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly SEO reports
- Work with content writers and developers to implement SEO improvements
Backlink Quality Requirements
We are interested in backlinks from relevant websites within areas such as:
- Legal
- Immigration
- Healthcare
- HR and recruitment
- Universities and education
- Government/public sector
- Local and national media
- Business publications
- Translation and language industry
- International business
We prefer 5–10 genuine high-quality backlinks per month rather than hundreds of poor-quality links.
We do not want:
- Automated backlinks
- Spam forums
- Mass profile creation
- PBNs
- Link farms
- Irrelevant directories
- Bulk Web 2.0 backlinks
- Comment spam
- Paid “DA50/DA70 backlink packages”
- AI-generated articles submitted to hundreds of low-quality websites
Ideal Candidate
You should have:
- Strong understanding of Google SEO best practices
- Proven experience building genuine backlinks
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Strong outreach and communication skills
- Good understanding of technical SEO
- Ability to analyse competitors and identify backlink opportunities
- Experience with guest posting and digital PR
- Good written English
- Ability to work independently and report measurable results
Experience working with UK, US or international websites would be an advantage.
Important
During the interview, we may ask you to show examples of backlinks you have personally secured.
Please be prepared to explain:
- How you obtained the backlink
- Why the website was relevant
- Whether the link was editorial, guest post, PR, partnership or another method
- How you measure backlink quality
- How you would build backlinks for a new business that does not yet have strong brand authority
