We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven RMG Specialist to manage resource allocation, utilization, workforce planning, and deployment governance across the organization. The role will work closely with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, PMO, HR, and Leadership to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely fulfillment of project staffing requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience in resource planning within IT services, software delivery, digital marketing, or consulting environments.

Manage end-to-end resource allocation across projects.

Coordinate with Project Managers and Delivery Heads to understand staffing requirements.

Ensure timely deployment of resources against approved demands.

Track resource availability, allocation status, and future demand pipelines.

Support workforce planning activities based on project forecasts.

Monitor planned vs. actual utilization of resources.

Track billable and non-billable utilization.

Identify under-utilized and over-utilized resources.

Recommend corrective actions to improve resource utilization.

Publish weekly and monthly utilization reports.

Maintain staffing plans across all active projects.

Govern resource onboarding, movement, and release processes.

Validate resource allocation compliance against approved staffing plans.

Maintain resource deployment trackers and governance dashboards.

Ensure resource data accuracy across internal systems.

Manage bench resources and maintain visibility on available talent.

Coordinate deployment of bench resources to active requirements.

Work with Delivery and HR teams to define training and upskilling plans for bench employees.
