Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Commercial Operations & Project Support Services to lead and manage multidisciplinary support teams for global pharmaceutical engineering projects across India and the United States.
The role will oversee commercial operations, procurement support, project reporting, SAP/Ariba coordination, invoice validation, project administration, and estimation support functions. The candidate will act as the primary operational lead ensuring high-quality deliverables, team performance, client coordination, and smooth execution across global projects supporting EST time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary commercial and project support teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project support activities across multiple projects.
- Oversee commercial tracking, procurement coordination, invoice validation, reporting, and project administration functions.
- Establish reporting standards, KPIs, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, finance teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
- Lead client meetings, project reviews, and operational governance discussions.
- Support staffing, resource planning, workload balancing, and team development.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, commercial controls, and documentation standards.
- Support business development activities including proposals, capability presentations, and transition planning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
- PMP or relevant certifications are an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and client-facing capabilities.
- Ability to independently lead global meetings and operational reviews.
- Comfortable supporting US EST time-zone operations.

- Exposure to GMP / FDA regulated project environments.
