Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving student admissions by counselling prospective students and parents, managing the complete admission lifecycle, and achieving enrollment targets. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, events, and referrals to maximize conversions.
- Assist applicants throughout the admission process, including documentation, application submission, and fee payment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Prepare admission reports, lead conversion reports, and other MIS reports for management.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain positive relationships with applicants and parents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in admissions, student counselling, education sales, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education or EdTech will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
