Ensure all acts of serving are executed within prescribed time limit.
To meet Guest needs and request in right time.
Anticipating Guests requests and strive to meet to Guests preferences.
Senses Guests in different moods and approaches them accordingly.
Shoulders responsibility for the meal period.
To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction.
