We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in hindi and be able to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate in additional regional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is mandatory.
- Atleast 2 years experience in Customer service Manadatory
