Core Responsibilities
- Water Testing & Analysis: Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw water, in-process treated water (RO, UV, Ozonated), and finished packaged drinking water.
- Parameter Monitoring: Accurately measure and track parameters like pH, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), turbidity, hardness, alkalinity, and microbial load
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all water production processes comply with local and national regulatory standards
- Process & Hygiene Control: Monitor the sanitation and sterilization of production lines, storage tanks, and filling areas.
- Out of Specification (OOS) Management: Investigate and document any deviations from standard water quality; coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with the production team
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, auditable records of test results, equipment calibration logs, and raw material usage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,017.95 per month
