CRM Executive – Jewellery Industry ( )
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.
- Execute customer engagement campaigns for festivals, new collections, and special offers.
- Track customer birthdays, anniversaries, and important occasions for personalized communication.
- Promote loyalty programs and referral schemes to increase repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, lead conversions, and retention metrics.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–5 years in CRM, Customer Service, or Jewellery Retail.
Skills: Communication, customer handling, CRM software, MS Excel, and follow-up management.
