Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence and achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare sales plans, market reports, and business strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding collections.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Monitor team performance and guide sales executives.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of market expansion and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
