About the Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Content Writer who can create insightful, original, and high-impact
content for founders, leadership profiles, and company pages on LinkedIn. This role is not just about
writing social posts — it requires someone who can research deeply, understand industries and
market trends, identify audience pain points, and convert insights into compelling LinkedIn
content that builds credibility, engagement, and brand authority.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business storytelling, professional
branding, market positioning, and thought leadership content. We are specifically looking for
someone who can think, research, analyze, and write independently — not someone who relies
heavily on AI tools to generate generic content. Experience writing for healthcare, wellness, health-
tech, or medical brands will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Write original LinkedIn content for personal brands, founders, CXOs, and company pages.
Create a mix of content formats including:
Thought leadership posts
Industry insight posts
Personal brand storytelling posts
Opinion pieces on market trends
Founder-led content
Carousels and long-form LinkedIn articles
Engagement-driven posts with strong hooks and CTAs
Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, market trends, audience behavior, and
relevant business topics before writing.
Understand the brand voice, business goals, target audience, and positioning of the company/
founder, and translate them into high-quality LinkedIn content.
Track current conversations, trends, and opportunities within relevant industries to create timely
and relevant content.
Collaborate with founders, leadership teams, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to
gather inputs and convert them into polished content.
Build monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with business priorities, campaigns, launches,
and thought-leadership goals.
Write content that balances credibility, clarity, insight, and engagement rather than clickbait
or generic social media copy.
Edit and refine drafts to ensure strong storytelling, readability, factual accuracy, and alignment
with the intended tone.
Repurpose long-form insights, webinars, podcasts, internal notes, and market observations into
LinkedIn-ready content.
Continuously improve content quality based on performance, audience response, and platform
trends.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in LinkedIn content writing / ghostwriting / personal branding content /
B2B content writing.
Excellent research skills with the ability to understand a business, industry, customer segment,
and market context quickly.
Strong grasp of business, startups, industry trends, leadership communication, and
professional audience behavior on LinkedIn.
Ability to write content that sounds human, credible, sharp, and insightful — not robotic,
templated, or AI-generated.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn raw thoughts, conversations, or business ideas
into engaging posts.
Ability to capture the tone and voice of a founder, leader, or brand authentically.
Strong command over English writing, grammar, structure, and professional communication.
Ability to independently generate content angles, hooks, and post ideas based on research and
business objectives.
Understanding of what performs on LinkedIn: audience relevance, clarity of thought, formatting,
hook writing, and engagement psychology.
High ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.
Prior experience writing for healthcare, health-tech, wellness, hospitals, clinics, doctors, or
medical brands will be a strong plus.
Non-Negotiable Requirement
We are specifically looking for a writer who writes original content through their own thinking,
research, and understanding. AI can be used minimally for support tasks such as brainstorming or
grammar checks, but the final content must reflect the writer’s own research, judgment, and
writing ability. We are not looking for someone who depends on AI tools to generate ready-made
posts.

Develop content backed by strong research, market understanding, and industry relevance.
Bring fresh insights, angles, and perspectives instead of surface-level generic content.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the founder’s/company’s market, customer challenges,
and positioning.
2) High-Quality LinkedIn Content Output
Deliver original, well-structured, and engaging LinkedIn posts consistently.
Ensure every post aligns with the target voice, audience, and business objective.
Maintain high standards of clarity, authenticity, storytelling, and editorial quality.
3) Founder / Brand Positioning Through Content
Build a consistent thought-leadership presence for founders or company leadership on LinkedIn.
Translate business expertise, opinions, and experiences into strong personal-brand content.
Strengthen authority, trust, and relevance through content themes that matter to the target
audience.
4) Audience Relevance & Market Understanding
Create content that reflects a strong understanding of audience pain points, market trends, and
industry conversations.
Identify topics that can position the brand/founder as insightful and credible in the market.
5) Consistency & Timely Delivery
Deliver content as per the agreed monthly/weekly content calendar.
Ensure smooth coordination for approvals, revisions, and publishing timelines.
6) Engagement & Brand Impact
Contribute to stronger engagement, profile visibility, audience growth, and meaningful
conversations on LinkedIn.
Create content that drives saves, shares, comments, profile visits, and inbound interest from the
right audience.
KPIs / Performance Metrics
Number of original LinkedIn posts delivered per week/month
Quality and depth of research reflected in content
Consistency in maintaining founder/brand voice
Engagement metrics: comments, shares, saves, impressions, profile visits
Growth in relevance and authority of the founder/company page on LinkedIn
Timeliness of delivery against content calendar
Reduction in revision cycles due to stronger first-draft quality
Ability to generate original content ideas and industry-relevant content themes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has written for founders, consultants, agencies, B2B brands, or leadership profiles
Understands how to write for a professional audience, not just social media trends
Can interview stakeholders, extract ideas, and convert them into strong content
Is curious about business, markets, industry shifts, and customer behavior
Thinks strategically, writes clearly, and can work independently
Candidates with exposure to healthcare, wellness, health-tech, or medical communication
will be preferred.
