About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for children with speech, language, communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders. The therapist will work closely with parents, caregivers, occupational therapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals to help children achieve their developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions.
- Treat children with:
- Speech delay
- Language delay
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Stammering/Stuttering
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Voice disorders
- Feeding and swallowing difficulties
- Developmental delays
- Monitor and document therapy progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Educate and counsel parents regarding home-based intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and Pediatricians.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Prepare therapy goals and progress reports.
- Conduct parent training sessions and awareness programs when required.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.
- Follow ethical practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) (preferred where applicable).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with pediatric populations.
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays, or Feeding Therapy is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is desirable.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
