What is the work?
- Lead client interactions to understand business goals, present UI directions, and manage feedback loops.
- Own the end-to-end UX and UI design process by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI.
- Deliver clean, modern, high-quality interface visuals with strong attention to detail.
- Blend user needs with business goals to create intuitive and user-centric experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers by providing detailed design specifications and supporting the implementation process.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and style libraries.
- Iterate and refine designs based on client or user feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX & visual design (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio of responsive websites, apps, and clean visual work.
- Hands-on experience using Figma for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite for creating high-quality visual designs and assets.
- Experience working with Claude Design and modern AI-assisted design tools.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools to create interactive user experiences.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Experience with Lottie for creating interface animations. (Optional Bonus)
- Experience with Webflow or Framer for website design and development. (Optional Bonus)
- Understanding of International client expectations and fast-paced iterations.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in English.
- Ability to balance multiple projects efficiently and mentor junior designers.
