Become a vital part of our team as a Inside Sales Support Specialist, contributing to our sales efforts and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Research and gather information on target accounts and decision-makers.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored product/service solutions to prospective clients.
- Effectively manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and campaigns.
