Urgent Hiring: Finance & Accounts Manager at The Tatva
We’re not looking for someone to just “handle accounts.”
We’re looking for the person who can run the entire finance function at a fast-growing digital media startup - independently, confidently, and with full ownership.
If you can manage everything from daily accounts to payroll, PF compliance, vendor payments, GST, reporting, and finance operations without constant follow-ups, this role is for you.
Location: Sector 59, Noida (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ Years
What you’ll handle:
- Complete day-to-day accounting operations
- Vendor payments, invoicing & expense tracking
- Payroll processing & salary management
- PF, TDS, GST & compliance coordination
- Managing Zoho Books & Zoho Payroll
- Financial reports, reconciliations & documentation
- Keeping finance operations smooth, accurate & on time
What we need:
- Someone extremely reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong experience in handling accounts independently
- Good understanding of payroll & PF compliance
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books & Zoho Payroll
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ownership mindset > fancy titles
