Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in the automobile and auto spare parts industry.
The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong interest in sales. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome. Candidates with automobile industry or auto spare parts experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and communicate with customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automobile spare parts/products.
- Generate sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with the purchase, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company's CRM/system.
- Follow up consistently with customers to improve conversion and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product availability, pricing, and offers.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or customer handling.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and MS Office.
- Automobile / Auto Spare Parts industry experience is an added advantage.
- Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Shift Timings
The position operates on rotational shifts:
- Shift 1: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
