Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments for budget tracking and expense control
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Assist in financial planning and cost control activities
