Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales
- Engage with large corporates to drive bulk & CTC sales.
- Identify and engage institutional customers for tool for trade business
- Connect with Corporates to shape CTC policies for EVs and SUVs
- Ensure seamless coordination from order placement to delivery.
2. Leasing & Corporate Channel Engagement
- Support leasing partner relationships in the zone.
- Ensure penetration of innovative leasing schemes and programs.
- Address operational issues related to leasing and escalate as required.
3. Corporate Retail Support
- Facilitate ATL/BTL activations in coordination with the retail team across key corporates
- Monitor performance of exchange programs in the zone.
- Monitor effectiveness of corporate schemes
4. Customer Relationship & Issue Resolution
- Develop long-term customer relationships and act as a single point of contact for key accounts.
- Resolve issues related to pricing, billing, logistics, and vehicle performance in coordination with internal teams
