Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution of
luxury residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site
operations, managing contractors and vendors, maintaining premium quality standards, and
ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure flawless execution of premium interior details and bespoke design elements.
- Coordinate with craftsmen, carpenters, stone installers, painters, and specialized finish
contractors.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and quality audits.
- Manage client walkthroughs, snag rectifications, and final project handovers.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Monitor material deliveries, storage, and utilization.
- Maintain strict site safety and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure timely closure of site issues and quality observations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Prepare work schedules and milestone trackers.
- Document approvals, site instructions, and completion reports.
- Support project close-out and handover documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in luxury residential interior fit-outs and turnkey projects.
Preferred Experience
- Premium residences, luxury apartments, villas, and penthouses.
- High-end finishes including marble, veneer, natural stone, designer lighting, luxury flooring,
modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture.
- Working with architects, interior designers, consultants, and HNI/UHNI clients.
- Managing multiple luxury residential sites simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of luxury residential construction and interior execution.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, joinery, civil, electrical, and MEP drawings.
- Expertise in premium materials and installation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
