Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to support the day-to-day HR operations of our interior designing firm. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, statutory compliance support, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
· Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll.
· Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and employee-related correspondence.
· Support induction and onboarding of new employees.
· Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
· Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
· Support statutory compliance activities and maintain related documentation.
· Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
· Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
· Maintain HR MIS reports and update employee databases.
· Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the Interior Designing, Construction, Architecture, or Fit-Out industry.
· Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
· Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HRMS software.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
