About the Role:
Responsible for driving sales, expanding client base, and increasing revenue. Involves meeting key clients, handling end-to-end sales, overlooking operations and closing deals, along with leading the team and supporting business growth.
Job Description:
- Increasing client base, sales & profit.
- Meeting potential Contractor, Architect, Structural Architect, PMC, Govt. Projects, Hospitals, Airports, Institutes etc.
- Specifying company products with architects, authorities and client.
- Overlook operations of the product such as planning and execution.
- Collecting payments as per company’s terms.
- Coordinate, prepare & launch new products for the assigned market
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
- Team development.
- Preparing and analyzing reports related to enquiry, order booking, sales and payment.
Skills:
- Good Communication, Negotiation, Multi-tasking, Adaptability, Delegation & Leadership Skills.
- Understanding the customer requirements, Converting Opportunities to Sales.
- Preselling before the tenders / enquiries with company specifications.
- Experience in building materials and strong networking with clients, architects, and construction.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
