Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for batch and near real-time data ingestion.
- Support and maintain Azure-based data platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and data quality validation activities.
- Implement end-to-end monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and Datadog.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, data pipeline failures, and infrastructure health issues.
- Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions for proactive incident management and SLA adherence.
- Perform incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve critical production incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.
- Follow ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
