- Bridge the gap between conceptual user needs and functional software by transforming high-level requirements into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Participate in Product and feature design, bringing clarity to user needs, and shaping solutions that are simple and effective.
- Engineer end-to-end systems, building data pipelines, backend logic, and user-facing layers.
- Deep dive into distributed systems to ensure our platform remains reliable as we scale.
- Develop agentic AI applications that simplify complex data tasks, shifting the heavy lifting from users to agents.
What we’re looking for
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python and JavaScript, with the ability to work across different parts of the system.
- Familiarity with data and infrastructure tools, or the ability to quickly learn and apply them in real scenarios.
- A product-oriented mindset that focuses on solving user problems and delivering outcomes, not just writing code.
- Ability to think through system design, trade-offs, and scalability in practical situations.
- Curiosity and agency, with a drive to actively learn, explore, and take initiative in solving problems.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain ideas, discuss approaches, and work effectively in a remote team.
