About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Python Backend Intern to join our development team. You will work on building and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and services that power our applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing backend applications using Python
- Build and maintain REST APIs
- Work with databases like MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of OOP concepts
- Familiarity with Django / Flask / FastAPI (any one is enough)
- Basic knowledge of APIs and HTTP methods
- Understanding of databases and SQL queries
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Git / GitHub
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Understanding of Docker (basic)
- Previous academic or personal projects
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
