Job Description – Indian Chef
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to prepare authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. The candidate will be responsible for menu preparation, kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
- Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food
Requirements
- Experience in Indian cuisine and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good time management skills
- Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
