Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to independently handle and manage end-to-end human resource functions within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll management, performance management, employee engagement, and overall HR administration for a workforce of up to 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle the HR department and day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience in Interior/Retail/Construction field will be preferable
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing through integrated HR/payroll software and closely coordinate with the Finance Department.
- Manage HR operations and employee relations for a workforce of up to 200 employees.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and address employee grievances professionally.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS updates, and documentation.
- Support department heads in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Monitor discipline, workplace behavior, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with management on organizational restructuring and HR strategies.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software tools.

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in independently handling complete HR functions.
- Strong recruitment and employee relations experience.
- Experience in payroll processing and HR software management.
- Candidates from interiors, retail, construction, Real estate field are preferred.
- Women candidates are preferable
- Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
