Design & Estimation Engineer (Cleanroom & HVAC)
Location: Mannivakkam, Chennai
Experience: 2–4 Years (1.5+ years can also be considered for strong candidates)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed HVAC and Cleanroom system designs based on project requirements.
- Develop equipment layouts, ducting, piping, and utility drawings using AutoCAD.
- Perform heat load calculations and system sizing.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Evaluate technical specifications and vendor quotations.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, GMP, ISO, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, estimation reports, and project submissions.
- Support project execution by providing technical clarifications and design revisions.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Cleanroom & HVAC Design and Estimation (1.5+ years may be considered for strong candidates).
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HVAC calculations, cleanroom concepts, and BOQ preparation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
