Responsibilities
- Design and develop a complete Shopify ecommerce website from concept to launch.
- Create a premium, luxury-focused user experience.
- Customize Shopify themes and develop custom sections where needed.
- Set up product collections, product pages, filters, and navigation.
- Integrate payment gateways, shipping settings, taxes, and checkout configurations.
- Configure essential Shopify apps (reviews, WhatsApp, email marketing, analytics, etc.).
- Ensure excellent mobile responsiveness across all devices.
- Optimize website speed and performance.
- Implement basic on-page SEO best practices.
- Connect and configure domain, analytics, and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with our team to incorporate branding, photography, and content.
- Provide testing, bug fixes, and post-launch support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Shopify development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing and developing ecommerce websites independently.
- Strong UI/UX design skills with an eye for luxury and premium brands.
- Experience with Shopify app integrations and customizations.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and ecommerce best practices.
- Ability to manage the project from design to launch with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with jewelry, fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience creating high-end product pages and collection pages.
- Knowledge of SEO and Shopify performance optimization.
- Experience with Shopify Plus (a bonus, not required).
