Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Support:
- Assist the senior accountant with daily data entry, billing, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial records.
- Help track accounts payable and receivable.
- E-commerce Operations:
- Log into seller portals (such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho) daily to monitor incoming orders.
- Download and print order invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels promptly.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Front Desk & Communication:
- Answer incoming company phone calls professionally and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Address basic customer inquiries regarding order status or general information.
- Assist with other light office administrative tasks as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
