Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience using the Naukri Portal. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri Portal, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Portal is mandatory.
- Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultancy recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
