Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
RACL Geartech Ltd. is seeking motivated and technically skilled Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) to join its manufacturing and production team. The role offers hands-on exposure to automotive component manufacturing, quality systems, machine operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production, machining, assembly, and quality control activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
- Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Government University/Government Institution only (Mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with relevant industrial training may apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and quality tools.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at the plant location.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of CNC machining, automotive manufacturing, and quality inspection.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic engineering software.
- Strong analytical and learning aptitude.
